Entry Level Manufacturing Associate

We're hiring for entry level manufacturing associates! This position has multiple openings and is a long-term, temp-to-hire job with extensive opportunities for growth. Pay: $18 / Hour to start (+ raises every 6 months) Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm (+ optional OT upon hire-on) Duties: Read and interpret shop drawings. Follow alphanumeric labels and color codes. Use small hand tools for assembly. Perform quality control on products. Skills for Success: Strong attention to detail. Ability to sit, stand, bend, and work on hands/knees as needed throughout 8 hour shift. Ability to perform repetitive wrist motions for an 8 hour shift. Previous assembly or manufacturing experience helpful, but not required. Key Qualifications: Proven job stability (1-3 years per job) Strong desire to learn and grow.
