Send job Job Details Job DescriptionJob Description The EHS Coordinator will support manufacturing operations by overseeing environmental health and safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a safe workplace. This role involves managing compliance audits, training programs, incident investigations, and sustainability initiatives. Reporting to both the Facility Manager and Operations Manager, the Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining safety standards and environmental stewardship within the facility. Responsibilities Monitor compliance with environmental health and safety regulations Conduct risk assessments and safety audits Manage incident reporting and investigations Coordinate and deliver safety and environmental training programs Oversee environmental management and sustainability initiatives Liaise with regulatory agencies and ensure documentation control Analyze safety data to drive continuous improvement Develop and update EHS policies and emergency response plans Preferred Qualifications 5+ years experience in environmental health and safety roles Knowledge of OSHA standards and environmental regulations Proficient in risk assessment and incident investigation Experience in delivering safety training and compliance audits Strong communication, problem solving, and attention to detail Skilled in data analysis related to EHS metrics Familiarity with wastewater management is a plus Company DescriptionManufacturing excellence starts from within.
