Shift of the Assembler: 7:00AM -3:30PM Pay Rate/Salary of the Assembler: $16/Hr Responsibilities of the Assembler: Build and test valves using various common hand tools and power-assisted assembly tools. Follow all manufacturing procedures pertaining to 3P manufacturing and standard work. Troubleshoot and rework valves as needed. Use precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance to specified tolerances. Operate automatic and semi-automatic assembly equipment. Qualifications of the Assembler: High School Diploma or equivalent. Good eye/hand coordination. Knowledge of math required to complete daily/weekly tracking sheets.
