Adecco is currently seeking Operators for a leading aerospace manufacturingpany located in Clearwater, Florida.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for qualified candidates, offering weekly pay and strong long-term career potential.
Pay & Schedule
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour (Weekly Pay)
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Shift Options
Training Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: Start times between 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM
Please note that overtime may be required based on production demands.
Essential Responsibilities
Perform repetitive and non-repetitive production operations related to electro-mechanical manufacturing
Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment in accordance with established procedures, schematics, work instructions, and approved documentation
Accuratelyplete assigned production tasks while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
Support additional operational duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical work instructions and documentation
Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 20 lbs
Comfortable working with hazardous materials while adhering to all safety protocols
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Preferred Skills & Experience
Proficiency usingputers to access online documents, technical drawings, and work instructions
3-5 years of manufacturing or related industry experience preferred
Previous experience in a team-oriented production environment
Strong attention to detail, dependability, and work ethic
Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
