Machine Operator

Location : Newark DE USA 19702 The Machine Operator supports manufacturing operations by monitoring equipment, packaging and labeling products, handling materials, maintaining production records, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. This is an entry-level role with training provided and opportunities for long-term employment based on performance and business needs. Job Responsibilities: Monitor equipment functions and operate according to documented procedures. Maintain operational logs and production documentation. Support material handling activities as needed. Maintain proper segregation of materials, lot numbers, and receiving numbers. Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Adhere to company SOPs, GMP requirements, device history records, hazard communication, and safety regulations. Accept accountability for product quality and report unresolved issues to supervisors. Maintain accurate records of work-in-process and inventory. Assist in ensuring smooth operation of the production line. Follow supervisor instructions and established work procedures. Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality before, during, and after production. Package and label products according to specifications. Skills: Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good organizational and record-keeping skills. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to communicate issues effectively to supervisors. Willingness to learn manufacturing processes and equipment operations. Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts. Ability to lift, move, and carry products up to 20 pounds.
