Machine Operator - Press Operator - Contract to Hire The Machine Operator - Press Operator position is located in the Hampton, NH area. This role is essential in producing high-quality flexographic materials while adhering to strict quality assurance standards and safety requirements. Shift of the Machine Operator - Press Operator: 6AM-4:30PM Monday - Thursday Pay Rate of the Machine Operator - Press Operator: $23-$33/hr Responsibilities of the of the Machine Operator - Press Operator: Implements setup and output of press, following product requirements from order ticket. Perfects press settings by running printed samples to adjust print quality, die cutting, registration, color matching. Meets Quality Assurance standards, customer specifications, in an efficient and timely manner. Confers with designated Quality Assurance representative to achieve of first piece approval. Assures Quality Assurance directives are implemented. Responsible for printed flexographic products produced, assuring that production specifications and Quality Assurance directives are maintained. Responsible for maintaining a clean & organized work area. Complies with all Safety requirements. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to be standing for 8 to 10-hour shifts. Assists with other company functions as required, to achieve organizational goals. Requirements of the of the Machine Operator - Press Operator: 3 Years experience preferred. Will train the right candidate with printing background. Ability to read, comprehend and apply written & verbal instruction. Must be able to read a ruler. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Understanding of fractions, decimals and conversion. Understanding of color matching.
