General Labor / Manufacturing Worker - Coeur d' Alene

McCarty's Sacro Ease in Coeur d'Alene is looking for a reliable General Labor / Manufacturing team member to join our small, tight-knit crew. Were a local manufacturing company that takes pride in building high-quality products. We work hard, support each other, and value skill and teamwork over drama. If youre dependable, coachable, and take ownership of your work, youll fit right in.

Pay & Schedule:
Starting at $16 per hour for the first 90 days
Guaranteed raise after successful 90-day probation period
Full-time position: Monday - Thursday, from 5:00am-3:30pm (4-10s)

What Were Looking For:
Experience with power tools is a big plus
Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
Willing to cross-train and work in different areas of production as needed
Strong attendance we need people who show up ready to work
Ability to learn quickly and accept coaching
Accountability you take pride in your work and follow through

This is not a place for clock-watchers or people who just want to do the bare minimum. Were building a skilled, high-performing team and want people who are excited to grow with us.
