Kitting Specialist / Material Handler

Kitting Associate - Manufacturing Facility (Memphis, TN) Aerotek is hiring a Kitting Associate to support weekend production operations in Memphis. This role involves breaking down kits, organizing materials, and handling hardware components in a fastpaced environment. Accuracy and reliability are essential. Shift & Pay Weekend Day Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 5:00 AM-5:30 PM Pay: $23/hr Weekly Pay Job Responsibilities Break down and reorganize kits based on production needs Count parts quickly, accurately, and repeatedly throughout the shift Handle bolts, screws, panels, and various hardware components Move and lift heavy boxes of screws (up to 50 lbs consecutively) Perform material handling tasks as needed Assist with picking , packing , loading, and general warehouse duties Follow visual aids and instructions to complete tasks correctly Maintain a clean, organized work area Top Skills Needed Material Handling Kitting / Kitting Specialist Strong attention to detail NicetoHave Skills Picking Packing Loading Counting / inventory accuracy Packaging Required Qualifications Previous experience in a detailoriented role Ability to follow directions and visual aids Stable work history (no jobhopping) Must be seeking longterm growth Disqualifiers Jumpy work history No references available Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
