What You'll Do Set up and operate Haas and OKUMA CNC mills Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications Change and adjust cutting tools and offsets to maintain performance Monitor long production runs to ensure consistent quality Perform inprocess and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools Make minor adjustments to maintain part quality and reduce scrap Troubleshoot basic machining or production issues to minimize downtime Follow all safety, quality, and work instructions Work closely with team members to meet production and delivery goals What We're Looking For Up to 3 years of CNC mill operating experience (production or job shop) Handson experience with Haas CNC machines (OKUMA experience is a plus) Ability to read and understand blueprints Experience using micrometers, calipers, and precision measuring tools Basic CNC troubleshooting skills Strong attention to detail with a qualityfirst mindset Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Dependable, teamoriented, and eager to learn Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience in a job shop environment Familiarity with long production runs Exposure to lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices Ready to Apply?
