Your Ticket In This role is ideal for candidates with entry-level to early-career experience in assembly, testing, or light industrial manufacturing, particularly those comfortable working with tools, following detailed instructions, and maintaining quality standards. Step Into the Line and Assembling valve/switch components and sub-assemblies using assembly procedures, operation sheets, and bills of materials Moving materials from staging areas to workstations Performing functional and quality testing (internal, external, mass spec, and functionality testing) Reading and interpreting gauges, flow meters, and power supply readouts to ensure product quality Packaging completed components per specifications Identifying and escalating production or quality issues Maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols, including stopping work if unsafe conditions arise Supporting additional tasks as assigned by supervisors What You'll Get: Weekly Pay - No delays, no drama Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life - Real coverage, real quick Optional 401(k) - Stack cash Respect Where It's Due - You build it, we back you Safety Comes Standard - We look out for each other.
