Seeking an experienced Plant Manager with strong background in manufacturing operations, production management, aerospace/defense manufacturing, and operational leadership . Responsible for overseeing daily plant operations, production scheduling, workforce planning, process improvement, quality control, equipment utilization, inventory coordination, and operational efficiency across multiple manufacturing programs. Strong experience with production planning, resource allocation, manufacturing workflows, KPI management, budgeting, and cross-functional team leadership required. Candidates should have experience managing high-performance manufacturing environments supporting composites, aerospace, defense, marine, or underwater vehicle production operations . Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, operational planning, and continuous improvement experience in fast-paced manufacturing facilities.
