You'll be: Assembling custom store fixtures based on engineering plans and specifications Safely and efficiently operating hand tools such as nail guns, cordless drills, sanders, and air drills at a high skill level Reading and interpreting work order packets, including drawings, cut lists, and bills of material Depending on experience, overseeing 3-4 associates within a work cell and demonstrating quality workmanship This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a general understanding of the woodworking industry and can work safely with moderate supervision Are able to operate required hand tools with skill and attention to detail Can read and understand detailed work order documents and engineering drawings Are a team player with strong communication skills; leadership experience is a plus What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
