CNC Machinist (Mills, Lathes, Mazak) - Multiple Shifts Available Position Overview We're seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our precision manufacturing team. In this role, you'll work with vertical mills, horizontal mills, lathes, and Mazak machines , handling setups, production runs, and quality checks. What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and Mazak machines Perform machine changeovers to keep production running smoothly Run jobs using process sheets, blueprints, and specifications Inspect parts using: Calipers, micrometers, gauges, and indicators Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Edit and retrieve CNC programs as needed Perform offsets and adjustments to hold tight tolerances Use basic math, geometry, and trigonometry to verify programs Identify and report non-conforming parts Troubleshoot machining or quality issues and make corrections Support teammates with setups, inspections, and operations Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace What We're Looking For Experience setting up and running CNC machines (mills & lathes) Familiarity with Mazak equipment Ability to perform independent setups and changeovers Strong blueprint reading skills Experience with precision measuring tools Ability to make program edits and machine adjustments Solid math skills (geometry/trigonometry) High attention to detail and commitment to quality Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability Team-oriented mindset and reliability Preferred Qualifications Experience with Swiss-style CNC machines Advanced CNC programming knowledge (beyond edits) Prior experience in precision machining environments Strong collaboration skills in a production setting Why You'll Love Working Here Stable, growing company with a team-focused culture Clean, temperature-controlled facility Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) + company-paid life insurance Paid time off & holidays Consistent Monday-Friday schedule Supportive, family-like environment Work Environment & Schedule Modern, well-lit precision machining facility Equipment includes: CNC mills, lathes, Mazak machines Full inspection tools and gauging equipment Shift Options: 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM 45-minute lunch (30 minutes paid) Apply Today If you're a dependable CNC machinist looking for stability, clean working conditions, and long-term career growth , apply now and join a team that values your skills.
