This role is responsible for setting up and operating conventional and CNC machining equipment to fabricate metallic and nonmetallic parts according to blueprint specifications and customer requirements. Responsibilities: Set up and operate conventional, special purpose, and CNC machining equipment including mills, lathes, drill presses, and machining centers Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, squares, and height gauges Accurately record labor time and inventory transactions using ERP systems Support continuous improvement initiatives, 5S programs, and quality, environmental, and safety policies Qualifications and Requirements: Associate degree or completion of an apprenticeship in Machine/Tool & Die Technology preferred 3-5 years of machining experience in a manufacturing or job shop environment Experience setting up and operating both conventional and CNC machining equipment Strong blueprint reading, precision measuring, and mathematical skills Ability to troubleshoot machining issues and maintain tight tolerances Benefits and Perks: $ 2 2 -$ 28 per hour Medical Benefits Holidays Training & Growth Your New Organization: This organization is a well-established manufacturer known for precision machining, quality workmanship, and investment in employee development.
