Paper Converter Entry-Level Machine Operator 1st shift- 6 am- 2:30 pm Pay 18.50 to $19.50 Urgent Need! Contract to Hire Opportunity Operate fanfold or rewinding equipment that converts large paper rolls into finished product. What You'll Do: Run and adjust the converting machinery Load large rolls and monitor material flow Ensure accurate cuts and quality standards Palletize finished product Maintain a safe, organized work area What You Need: 6+ months of machine operation experience Mechanical aptitude & basic math skills Ability to lift 35lbs - 50lbs repeatedly Strong attendance and reliability Perfect for candidates with experience in slitting, printing, corrugating, extrusion, or general machine operation.
