Production Specialist

Were looking for Production Associates to work in cold environment (refrigerated) facility ! Earn up to $17.00/hr. in a fast paced, fun environment, creating delicious breakfast foods. No experience required!

These are temp-to-hire positions convert to a full-time employee after 480 hours of work! Monday - Friday 5:15 AM to 3:00 PM or 3PM - 12 AM

Pay Rate: $17.00

Available Shift Times:

• Monday - Friday AM and PM shifts AM =5:15am - 3pm PM= 3pm - 12 am

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembling breakfast foods on the production line in the warehouse
• Reporting defective materials or questionable conditions
• Stocking production materials needed for the assembly line
• Maintaining the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
• Following prescribed safety regulations
• Occasionally preparing ingredients using tools such as food scales, measuring spoons, and cups, etc.

Key Requirements:

• Comfortable working in cold environments - ~40 degrees
• Able to work assigned shift in fast-paced environment
• Must be able to read and write and communicate in English
• Ability to be tenacious in locating product in the distribution center
• Must be organized
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be reliable, have good time-management skills and have ability to work at a steady pace
• Walks, stands, bends and stoops for 8-10 hours during shift to locate items from orders, organize product and fulfill orders
