We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for leading production personnel, ensuring quality standards are met, maintaining safety compliance, and supporting production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and direct production employees during daily operations
Train new and existing employees on production processes and safety procedures
Monitor production schedules and quality standards
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
Operate and assist with setup of manufacturing equipment
Verify production orders and product specifications
Complete production logs and reports
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Previous manufacturing or industrial experience required
Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office programs
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to use basic math and measuring tools
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing setting
