What Youll Be Doing
Think of it as framing under a roof:
Building walls, floors, trusses, stairs
Using nail guns, saws, tape measures, and hand tools
Working on your feet in a team-based production environment
Following drawings and instructions
If you can read a tape measure and are willing to learn, we can train you.

What Were Looking For
Reliable attendance
Willingness to work in a production setting
Ability to use basic tools (or learn quickly)
Framing or construction experience is a plusbut not required

Pay & Schedule

Starting at $18.00/hr (more with experience)
Night shift premium / differential (if applicable we can tweak this)
Full-time, year-round work
Consistent overnight schedule
