What’s a typical day as Sheet Metal Fabrication Supervisor? You’ll be:

	
• Supervising shop floor personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations
  
  	

• Ensuring adherence to quality standards and leading corrective actions as needed
  
  	

• Managing daily production schedules and allocating resources to meet on-time delivery (OTD), quality, and productivity goals
  
  	

• Supporting new product introductions and ongoing process improvements
  
  	

• Overseeing employee scheduling, training, coaching, and performance development
  
  	

• Driving safety compliance and reinforcing lean manufacturing initiatives, including 5S and SYNCHRO principles
  
  	

• Forecasting departmental needs and assisting with hiring and equipment planning
  
  

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

	
• Have supervisory experience within a manufacturing or sheet metal environment (required)
  
  	

• Bring a strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  
  	

• Possess experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred)
  
  	

• Are familiar with lean manufacturing principles, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies
  
  	

• Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
  
  	

• Are available for 2nd shift hours and initial training/overlap on 1st shift
