Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator - De Soto, KS to join their dynamic team. As a machine operator you will be an integral part of the industrial department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator - De Soto, KS

Location: De Soto, KS

Pay Range: $18.74 - $19.74

Shift:
rotating every other week between
C/D shift 7pm - 7:30am
A/B shift 7am - 7:30pm
3rd shift - 11pm - 7am Sun - Thur

What's the Job?

• Operate and tend machines to produce ice cream containers and lids, ensuring quality and efficiency
• Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance on machinery to maintain optimal operation
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety guidelines
• Lift and handle ring stock rolls and cases weighing up to 50 lbs as needed

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in machine operation outside of Huhtamaki
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
• Availability to work 12-hour rotating shifts including weekends
