A major food production facility and distributor in Victoria are looking for Meat Production Worker to join their friendly crew!

Position: Meat Production Worker
Opportunity: Full time, temporary to permanent position
Location: Central Saanich - transit accessible
Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Pay rate: $19.20+/hour depending on experience
Start: ASAP

Responsibilities
Processing of meat and/or seafood ready for packing
Cutting and trimming meat/seafood cuts
Boxing of products
Organizing and checking deliveries
Ensuring safety and cleanliness procedures are followed

Qualifications
Prep cook or grocery meat or fish department experience is an asset
Understands weights and measures
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision and stay productive and results-oriented throughout the shift
