CNC OPERATOR/SET-UP or CNC PROGRAMMER/SETUP and Run P/T or FT

Operate CNC Machines/ Mild Set-up 2-3 years experience
Loading parts in vises or on fixtures
After operations are complete removing tools and set-ups
Hass and Haas type machines
Prepping machines and mounting endmill and drills for continuing operations .
(Indicating vises and setting tool heights )
Checking in-process check sheets using inspection equipment .
(Calipers, Micrometers ,Gage pins and Height Gages Etc.
Handling Coolant levels and keeping work areas
safe and clean.
Deburring parts if cycle time allows
Part time 4 hours per day 3 or 4 days a week as needed
Retirees or College students with 2-3 years operating CNC Machinery
