Position Description:

Supervisor is expected to work closely with Superintendent and Plant Manager to ensure the following: Responsible for supervising all operations: Inbound, outbound, and claims processing Responsible for delivering objectives including but not limited to: Cover crews in supervisor's absence Attend, facilitate, and submit proper documentation for crew meetings Prepare/maintain work related records as needed Schedule workforce (including overtime and vacation) Champion and lead continuous improvement initiatives toward best in class performance

1+ years of previous supervision experience

Education Required:

High School Diploma / GED
