Lead Process Technician A well-established manufacturer is seeking a Lead Process Technician to join their team. Responsibilities: Lead daily injection molding operations while ensuring safety, quality, and production standards are met Set molds, optimize processing parameters, and troubleshoot equipment and process issues Monitor production performance and support continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve workflows and process efficiency Train and mentor technicians on processing procedures, safety protocols, and best practices Maintain documentation related to process changes, inspections, and maintenance activities Assist with development of SOPs and standardized work instructions Qualifications: 5+ years of injection molding processing experience Strong knowledge of injection molding equipment, process controls, and RJG Decoupled Molding Proven troubleshooting and process optimization experience Leadership or mentoring experience in a manufacturing environment Familiarity with automation systems, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma principles preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Please submit a resume for consideration.
