Production Supervisor - Bakery Manufacturing Job Summary The Production Supervisor oversees daily bakery production operations to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and production goals are met. This role supervises production staff, monitors workflows, ensures compliance with food safety standards, and supports continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Supervise daily production operations and employees. Ensure production schedules and quality standards are met. Enforce GMP, HACCP, safety, and sanitation standards. Monitor equipment performance and minimize downtime. Train, coach, and support production team members. Maintain production reports and documentation. Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams. Promote a safe and productive work environment. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Bilingual in English & Spanish 3+ years of supervisory experience in food or bakery manufacturing preferred. Knowledge of food safety regulations and production processes. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and overtime. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 Per Year
