Shift: Sunday - Thursday 10:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Weekly paycheck

Pay: $23.50/ inclusive of a $1.50 shift differential

An Assembly Machine Operator II is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of moderatelyplex automated assembly machines. This individual will ensure the continued operation of assembly machines through interpretation of and appropriate response to machine faults and through occasional alignment of stations and fixtures. This individual will perform moderatelyplex, repetitive tasks associated with machine operation and is expected to endure a moderate level of equipment attentiveness. The operator is also responsible for ensuring that medical devices are assembled with the highest quality possible.

Responsibilities:

Good Verbal and writtenmunication skills. Read, write, understand andmunicate in English.

Understanding of and ability to useputers.

Sound judgment for use in machine troubleshooting and product disposition.

Good interpersonal skills to facilitatemunication at various levels and areas within theanization.

Must accurately follow both verbal and written instructions.

Perform start-up operation from power off/cold state;plete equipment and product paperwork, such as traceability and start-up checklist

Conduct Level I required preventive maintenance tasks.

Participate in changeovers to include line clearance, system transactions, and associated documentation.

Perform work order set ups in electronic batch record, data acquisition and inventory management systems.

Pull test samples for QC in process inspection, removepleted production from machine and place in finished goods totes.

Fillponent Hoppers/Bowls as required to maintain production.

Perform minor troubleshooting to diagnose machine performance issues; escalate to assigned Technician when required to ensure resolution.

Perform line clearance activities and return equipment to proper operation.

Update hourly production boards with production and efficiency numbers; note issues that prevented goal attainment (downtime, waste, quality, etc.)

Submit machine repair tags to identify issues requiring support services.

Ensure that product not meeting quality specifications is processed under non-conformance procedures/requirements.

Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. and push/pull up to 80 lbs.

Recurring physical demands include standing, walking, stooping, crouching, climbing, bilateral motion involving hands, wrists, and upper body.

Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time.

Maintain 5S standards in assigned work areas.

Perform other related duties as assigned or required.

This position is required to assurepliance of Company operations to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practices andpany documented procedures (including knowledge of all standards, government occupational health and environmental regulations and statutes related to the site).

Engage others; promote and participate in Environmental, Health and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement.
