Manufacturing Engineer I Contract: 1 year contract with extension or conversion potential Pay: 28.00-38.00 DOE Benefits: Medical, Dental, Holiday, PTO 401K matching This is an entry to mid-level engineering position will support manufacturing operations through equipment relocation, installation, validation, and process coordination within a regulated production environment. Job Responsibilities Coordinate and support equipment moves into new manufacturing spaces Execute equipment validation activities according to approved validation plans Assist with troubleshooting mechanical and manufacturing equipment issues Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Maintenance teams to support project timelines and manufacturing readiness Document validation, testing, and equipment activities accurately Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred 0-2 years of manufacturing, engineering, or internship experience Strong technical and mechanical aptitude Understanding of safety, validation, and compliance practices Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and communication skills Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Estimated Contract Pay Rate For a 12-month contract Manufacturing Engineer I role in Huntington, WV, the typical pay range would be: $28-$38/hour for entry-level candidates $38-$45/hour for candidates with relevant internship/co-op or regulated manufacturing experience Work Authorization Requirement Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
