- Lead troubleshooting and repair of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to maximize equipment uptime.
- Support and improve automation systems including PLCs, HMIs, AC drives, and servo systems.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify root causes and implement long-term reliability solutions.
- Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to optimize production processes.
- Conduct feasibility studies and recommend improvements for new equipment, processes, and technologies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance.
Qualificationsarrow_right
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance and automation within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience with PLC programming, troubleshooting, and system integration.
- Proven knowledge of AC drives, servo systems, and electrical control systems.
- Solid understanding of three-phase power systems, including distribution and load balancing.
- Hands-on expertise with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including diagnostics and repair.
- Experience with HMI systems and industrial automation technologies, with a focus on continuous improvement.
