Maintenance Tech

This is a full-time, year-round position

Title: Maintenance Tech

Wage: $29.42-$37.82

Location: Lovell, WY

Position Overview

The Maintenance Tech is part of a team responsible for the troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical equipment throughout the facility.

Essential Functions

• Maintain process and packaging equipment throughout the facility, including but not limited to pumps, compressors, hydraulics, gearboxes, belt conveyors, scroll conveyors, chains, sprockets, fans, and bearings
• Perform welding, cutting, and equipment setup and dismantling
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Model strong safety behaviors and serve as a safety leader for the team

Skill & Experience Requirements

• Two year technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
• Experience maintaining mechanical and process/packaging equipment
• Basic knowledge of vibration equipment, laser alignment, and oil analysis
• Proficiency with computer systems; familiarity with LIMS and SAP a plus
• Ability to manage time effectively and perform well under pressure
• Strong troubleshooting skills and sound independent judgment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively with others
• Familiarity with and commitment to company Core Values, safety policies, and quality programs
• Excellent safety record and reliable attendance
• Ability to mentor and guide less senior team members
• Availability to work rotating shifts
