Description:

You will join the team responsible for scaling bleeding-edge liquid and air-cooling infrastructure-including advanced Coolant Distribution Units (CDUs) and liquid loops-from prototype to high-volume global production.
Qualifications

• Education: BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience: Hardware manufacturing experience (rigorous internships/co-ops count!).
• Technical: Solid understanding of GD&T, Tolerance Analysis, and CAD software (SolidWorks or AutoCAD).
• Bonus Points: Exposure to MATLAB/Simulink, automated assembly lines, or personal "maker" projects (like Arduino or robotics).
• Travel: Ability to travel internationally (primarily to APAC supplier sites) to support production lines.

Key Responsibilities

• NPI & Scaling: Support the launch and scaling of new production lines for data center liquid/air cooling loops and advanced thermal materials.
• Supplier Collaboration: Work with international contract manufacturers (JDMs) to track deliverables, review automation designs, and ensure line-readiness.
• Quality & DFx: Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM/DFx) and DFMEA principles to identify manufacturing risks and optimize hardware designs.
• Testing & Optimization: Run Design of Experiments (DOEs) and failure analysis to reduce assembly cycle times and boost production yields.
