- Full Time
How will you make an impact?
The Regional Quality Systems Manager - Intelligent Infrastructure will lead and drive the integration and sustainability of Global Quality Systems for the US and Latin American Intelligent Infrastructure sites for ISO 9001:2015.
What will you do?
Lead the regional development, implementation, and longterm sustainability of a robust and scalable Quality Management System (QMS) for start-up Intelligent Infrastructure manufacturing sites, ensuring rapid certification readiness and alignment to ISO 9001:2015 and corporate Quality strategy.
Own QMS deployment for greenfield and earlystage sites, establishing foundational quality system elements (e.g. Production Quality Basics, Core processes and governance, document control, risk management, audit readiness) while supporting aggressive capacity and capability rampup.
Establish and lead a regional Quality Systems governance model for operations, ensuring consistency of quality practices across sites while allowing flexibility for differing equipment, layouts, and manufacturing maturity levels.
Define, deploy, and monitor Quality System KPIs appropriate for startup as well as sustaining environments, including system maturity, process adherence, corrective action effectiveness, audit performance, and readiness milestones.
Ensure disciplined deployment of standardized quality system development methodologies and structured problemsolving tools, particularly for systemic issues emerging during early production, new equipment qualification, and process stabilization.
Drive the execution of Global Quality Systems initiatives across Intelligent Infrastructure startup sites, ensuring new operations are architected to global standards rather than retrofitted after launch.
Develop, coach, and mentor newly formed Site Quality Systems teams at startup locations, accelerating capability development, clarifying roles and ownership, and building sustainable local system stewardship
Ensure startup site Quality Systems objectives are fully aligned with regional and corporate Quality strategies, supporting certification, customer readiness, and longterm operational scalability
Build and sustain a regional network of Quality Systems professionals and subjectmatter experts with experience in Intelligent Infrastructure manufacturing, heavy assembly, structural integration, and earlyphase site launches.
Embed a continuous improvement mindset within startup operations, transitioning sites from launch mode to stable, datadriven quality system maturity without disrupting production ramp.
Act as the primary regional escalation point for systemic Quality and compliance issues at startup sites, including gaps identified during Gemba walks, internal audits, certification audits, or early customer assessments.
