The Production Associate supports a variety of manufacturing operations within a precision metal fabrication environment. This role may involve working in different production areas such as etching, inspection, imaging, fabrication, racking, and machine setup. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and support various production processes including etching, imaging, inspection, fabrication, and press setup
- Load, unload, and rack materials for processing while ensuring proper handling techniques
- Monitor machines and production processes to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections to verify product specifications and identify defects
- Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and process documentation
- Maintain accurate production and quality records as required
- Troubleshoot minor issues and communicate equipment or process concerns to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and maintaining a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to meet production goals
- Assist with cross-training and support multiple departments as needed

Qualifications
