Looking for motivated Production Supervisors to oversee daily operations within a food manufacturing facility. salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 3 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met
  • Lead, coach, and develop production employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, OSHA, FDA, and company food safety standards
  • Monitor production schedules, staffing levels, and workflow efficiency
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Conduct shift meetings and communicate production goals and updates
  • Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Sanitation teams to optimize operations
  • Maintain accurate production records, reports, and inventory documentation
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on waste reduction, efficiency, and employee performance
  • Enforce company policies and maintain a positive workplace culture
