TBM Plant Manager

For this project you will be expected to: Oversee operation and maintenance of tunnelling plant (TBM systems, slurry plant, bentonite systems, pumps, conveyors, cranes, ventilation systems) Manage plant installation in shafts and staging areas Ensure continuous operation with minimal downtime Supervise plant operators, mechanics, and technicians Coordinate maintenance schedules and spare parts inventory Ensure compliance with environmental and NYC DEP requirements (slurry handling, wastewater) Optimize plant performance and cost efficiency Support troubleshooting of mechanical/electrical issues Ensure all equipment meets safety standards and certifications
