Senior CNC Manufacturing Engineer

Senior CNC Manufacturing Engineer sought for a precision machining environment supporting commercial, aerospace, medical, and defense manufacturing. This role will provide technical leadership in CNC process development, programming, tooling design, and continuous improvement while mentoring engineering staff and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate combines strong machining expertise with leadership experience and a deep understanding of quality and regulatory requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline Minimum 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in a precision CNC machining environment Advanced proficiency with MasterCAM, SolidWorks, and GD&T (ASME Y14.5) Familiarity with aerospace quality management systems and regulatory compliance frameworks Strong understanding of metallurgy, multi-axis machining processes, and Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma principles Please submit a resume for consideration .
