Your activities

Reads and interprets assembly instructions, blueprints, and work orders to accurately assemble products.

Uses microscope, hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment to assemble parts and components as needed.

Collaborates with other team members to improve products and processes as needed.

Troubleshoots and resolves problems with assemblies as needed.

Documents assembly processes and procedures for quality reference purposes, as needed.

Calibrates and adjusts equipment as per specifications and guidelines.

Inspects parts for defects, ensuring that products meet quality standards before they go out for packaging and shipment.

Adheres to company safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your team.

Works efficiently to meet production targets while maintaining high standards of quality.

Collaborates with team members and other departments to ensure smooth production flow and effective communication.

Cleans and maintains work area (5S)

Performs other duties as assigned

Your profile

High School Diploma or GED preferred

3-5 years minimum of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment is required

Manual dexterity required

Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus

Ability to read and comprehend written instructions with no assistance

Ability to add, subtract, and record data

Ability to receive verbal instructions and comprehend them

Experience with LEAN manufacturing concepts a plus

Computer literacy desired, but not required
