Junior Manager, Plant Industrialization

Experience and Education Requirement

• Experience and working knowledge in: compliance and Regulatory Quality Systems schemas e.g. FSSC 22000, PrP, TDH/FDA; Support Quality systems: e.g the plant ISO and HACCP initiatives.
• Non-degreed: 5+ years relative Industrial experience in a technical plant / analytical lab (i.e. plant production, engineering, manufacturing)
• Degreed: 0-3 yrs + experience with a bachelors degree (Food Science, Engineering, Microbiology or closely related field)
