CNC Machinist

We aren't looking for general labor or untrained applicants for this one. This is an invite for people who are serious about the trade. Whether you are currently busting your tail in trade school, a recent tech college grad looking for your first big break, or a seasoned CNC veteran who can run circles around setup and programmingwe have a long-term spot for you on the floor.

The shop is pristine, completely climate-controlled (full A/C all summer long), and family-oriented.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Setting up and running high-end CNC machinery (Haas, Okuma, DMG Mori).
• Reading complex aerospace blueprints and using machine shop math/trig daily.
• Keeping parts tight to blueprint tolerances and inspecting your own work with precision gages.

The Baseline Requirements:

• Must be currently enrolled in, or a graduate of, a CNC/Machining Trade School program (or have equivalent professional shop floor experience).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required for aerospace security clearing.
• Must be able to stand for your shift, lift 50 lbs, and wear your PPE (safety shoes/glasses).
• Must pass a clean background check and a 5-panel drug screen ( Note: THC is not permitted ).

The Pay & The Bonuses:

• Good Starting Wages: $20.00 to $40.00/hour to start, depending entirely on your schooling progress or your certifications.
• Guaranteed Annual Bonuses: You get a 2.5% annual bonus guaranteed, scaling up to 10% based on performance.
