Production Technician

As a Production Worker, you will be at the heart of a world-class manufacturing environment, playing a critical role in engineering the high-performance solutions that power tomorrow’s energy-efficient infrastructure. salary: $18 - $20.7 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 3 PM - 2 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Precision Assembly: Building complex mechanical and electrical components (such as thermostats, power modules, or hydraulic valves) according to specific engineering blueprints.
  
  
• Equipment Operation: Running automated assembly lines, robotic cells, and CNC machinery to maintain high-volume output.
  
  
• Soldering & Wiring: Performing intricate electrical work on circuit boards or power electronics where required.
  
  
• Tool Calibration: Ensuring that all manual and automated tools are calibrated to maintain strict measurement tolerances.
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

manual lifting up to 25lbs

standing for 10 hours at one time

working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week

working weekends
