Casting Press Operator- 2nd & 3rd Shift

Casting Press Operator Pay: Starting at $21.70/hr

Shifts Available:

2nd Shift: 1:54 PM – 10:00 PM

3rd Shift: 9:54 PM – 6:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and troubleshoot robotic casting equipment
• Inspect castings and separate good vs. nonconforming parts
• Perform minor finishing work (chipping/flash removal)
• Load parts, monitor machines, and respond to error codes
• Complete basic equipment checks, tooling changes, and cleaning
• Report quality or downtime issues
• Support continuous improvement and maintain a safe, clean workspace

What to Expect: This is a very physically demanding job requiring standing, lifting, and repetitive work. The environment is loud, dirty, and industrial, and safety is a top priority.

What We’re Looking For :

• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions/drawings
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and willingness to learn

Requirements:

• Must pass a drug screen (THC excluded)
• Background check required (felon-friendly in most cases)
• Overtime may be required, including Saturdays
