Shift: MON-FRI 8:00 am -4:30 pm
Pay: $35.00 p/h

Responsibilities:
Improving production lines in a factory
Making manufacturing faster, cheaper, and higher quality
Fixing issues when things go wrong
Supporting ongoing production (not just designing products)
Requirements:
2-4 years engineering experience
Early-career to mid-level engineer
NOT senior, NOT entry-level
Medical device manufacturing (ideal)
Automotive manufacturing
Plastics / injection molding
Electronics manufacturing
High-volume production environments
STRONGLY PREFERRED
Six Sigma tools:
DOE (Design of Experiments)
Process capability
Gage R&R
Experience with:
OEE improvements
Scrap reduction
Process optimization
NICE TO HAVE
Medical device / FDA knowledge
SolidWorks
Plastic injection molding
Automation / assembly lines

Pay Details: $35.00 per hour
