• Schedule: Rotating weekends required
  
  	

• Pay Rate: $24.50 per hour

Job Overview

The Filler Operator plays a critical role in the production process by ensuring equipment is set up, operated, cleaned, and maintained according to standard operating procedures. This position supports production efficiency, product quality, and food safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

	
• Operate assigned filling equipment including setup, pre-start, startup, operation, shutdown, and cleaning procedures
  
  	

• Monitor production lines to identify equipment malfunctions, product defects, or container issues and make necessary adjustments
  
  	

• Perform quality control inspections to ensure proper sealing, labeling, and container integrity
  
  	

• Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas in compliance with FDA and company food safety guidelines
  
  	

• Accurately document production data including batch numbers, fill volumes, temperatures, and quality checks for compliance and traceability
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

	
• GED or High School Diploma preferred
  
  	

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience highly preferred
  
  	

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards
  
  	

• Ability to work a 12-hour shift schedule, including rotating weekends
