Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Shift: Weekend A (Friday-Saturday-Sunday, 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, 12-hour shifts)

Location: Deland, FL

Pay Rate: 18.05hr

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our production team for Weekend Shift A. In this role, you will perform manufacturing, assembly, testing, and packing operations based on blueprints or work instructions. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities



    	

  • Read and follow work procedures, schematics, or verbal instructions for assigned tasks

    	

  • Conduct manufacturing, assembly, and packaging of products according to procedures and quality standards

    	

  • Accurately record daily production output

    	

  • Adhere strictly to all EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) and Quality policies and procedures

    	

  • Collaborate with team leads, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency

    	

  • Perform other duties as assigned

    	

  • Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with all facility dress code and safety standards



Qualifications



    	

  • High School Diploma or GED (or local equivalent), or at least 6 months of manufacturing experience

    	

  • Ability to communicate effectively, receive, understand, and follow both verbal and written instructions

    	

  • Basic math skills required

    	

  • High attention to detail and a focus on quality

    	

  • Ability to work cooperatively with coworkers and leadership

    	

  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and perform tasks requiring standing, sitting, stooping, bending, walking, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling for extended periods

    	

  • Steady hand skills for equipment operation and assembly

    	

  • Ability to read and write simple statements

    	

  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills



Dress Code



    	

  • OSHA-approved steel toe or composite toe shoes required

    	

  • Long pants that cover ankles and legs required (jeans, slacks, uniform pants)

    	

  • No sweatpants, shorts, capris, yoga pants, or torn clothing (including intentionally distressed items)

    	

  • Shirt sleeves must cover the shoulders and have no offensive wording or images

    	

  • Safety glasses must be worn at all times on the production floor

    	

  • Open-toed shoes, shorts, miniskirts, dresses, cropped tops, halters, and spaghetti straps are not permitted
