Job Summary:
Support daily facilities operations in a healthcare environment. Assist with maintenance programs building systems and project coordination to ensure safe and compliant facility performance.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations of maintenance and facilities teams
• Monitor maintenance programs and work flow
• Assist with budgeting and energy management programs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and agencies
• Support construction and renovation projects
• Provide leadership training and support to staff
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and leadership teams
• Monitor work performance and support staff evaluations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree preferred
• 2 to 5 years management experience in healthcare facilities
• Experience with regulatory compliance required
• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Preferred:

• CHFM certification preferred

Salary:

• $88,000 - $98,000 annually
