You will be the Manufacturing Planner for the Pike County Operations team. Our team is responsible for delivering highmix, highvolume aerospace assemblies that power missioncritical systems. This person will work Tues-Fri.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Manufacturing Planner you will be responsible for driving production efficiency through precise planning and crossfunctional coordination.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop expertise in SAP and Apriso to optimize production planning.
  • Performing DD250 Delivery Analyst activities for multiple programs.
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams, including supervision, operators, and internal customers.
  • Manage inventory and monitor consumable material levels.
  • Provide program health information to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.

Experience in production, logistics, supply chain, or inventory control.

Experience with SAP or an MRP equivalent.

Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance and obtain an interim secret clearance prior to starting.

Candidate must be able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) background check to obtain approval to be an employee possessor (of explosives or other ATF-regulated items) as defined by ATF regulations. Failure to obtain and retain employee possessor status may result in revocation of an offer and loss of employment.Working knowledge of SAP and Apriso WM Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control.

Understanding of MRP / supply and demand management.

Demonstrated ability and experience communicating with peers, leadership, and internal customers effectively on multiple platforms (face-to-face, virtually, email, Teams, etc.)

Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control Manufacturing operations experience.

Ability to understand engineering drawings and parts lists.

Demonstrated ability to ensure data integrity and consistency.

Demonstrated ability to work well in both a team environment and alone.

Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.

Green Belt certified.
