Job Summary:
Support daily operations of facilities management in a hospital environment. Assist with maintenance programs utilities and building operations to ensure safe and compliant facility performance.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations of maintenance and facilities teams
• Monitor maintenance programs and work flow
• Support budgeting and energy management programs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and standards
• Assist with construction and renovation projects
• Provide leadership training and support to staff
• Maintain strong client and partner relationships
• Monitor performance and support staff evaluations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree preferred
• 2 to 5 years management experience in healthcare or facilities
• Experience with regulatory compliance required
• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Preferred:

• CHFM certification

Salary:

• $110,000 - $120,000 annually
