Shift: 6:30am-3:00pm, Mon-Fri Pay: $23/hr starting Job Duties of a Production/Manufacturing Technician: Operate and maintain state-of-the-art Smart Glass manufacturing equipment Perform setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting Inspect product quality through visual and functional checks Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Handle glass materials and work within a cleanroom setting Document production activities and record data Ensure production schedules and deadlines are met Identify and suggest process improvements Operate forklifts or mobile equipment (as trained) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet plant goals Benefits: Long term opportunity!
