Aerospace Deburring Technician responsible for preparing precision-machined components through deburring, surface finishing, cleaning, and thread preparation. Job Requirements 3+ years of experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment Experience deburring complex aerospace parts to customer specifications Experience creating and maintaining surface finishes Experience producing burr-free sharp edges on critical part features Ability to wash parts according to production and quality requirements Experience with hand tapping and chasing threaded holes Ability to read and understand drawings related to surface finish and break edge requirements Blueprint reading experience Ability to identify critical edges, surface finishes, outside diameters, and inside diameters from drawings Ability to review a part or blueprint and determine required deburring areas Experience working on intricate, detailed parts High school diploma or GED Preferred Skills Medical manufacturing experience Experience with complex precision-machined components Experience preparing parts for final inspection and shipment Experience working with customer specifications for aerospace components Experience using deburring tools, hand tools, and inspection aids for detailed part finishing Job Responsibilities Deburr complex aerospace parts according to customer specifications Prepare precision-machined components for final inspection and shipment Create and maintain required surface finishes Remove burrs while preserving critical sharp edges and part geometry Wash parts after machining and deburring operations Perform hand tapping and chase threaded holes as required Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Identify critical edges, surface finish requirements, outside diameters, and inside diameters Inspect parts visually for burrs, surface finish issues, and edge quality Work on intricate parts requiring detailed hand-finishing Maintain compliance with drawing requirements, customer specifications, and quality standards Document completed work and report part conditions as required Pay: 23-27/hr Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
