Insight Global is looking to hire a Maintenance Group Leader to work for a client in the Dallas Forth Worth area.

As a Maintenance Group Leader, you will lead a team of skilled maintenance technicians responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing complex manufacturing equipment and processes. This role combines technical expertise with leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations

Skills and Requirements

• Electrical engineering degree or equivalent years of experience

• Maintenance on PLC's or industrial equipment

• Manufacturing experience

• Comfortable managing a team of 20 employees

• Tool and Die experience

• Comfortable working 7 days a week - Experience managing union employees
