We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in 4-axis and 5-axis machining. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in CNC setup, operation, and programming, with strong computer literacy and the ability to independently program and optimize machining operations. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machines. Program CNC machines using CAM/software platforms and optimize machining processes. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications. Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and machining strategies for production requirements. Perform machine adjustments and troubleshoot machining or programming issues. Conduct quality inspections to ensure components meet required tolerances and specifications. Maintain production records and documentation accurately. Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to improve efficiency and workflow. Follow all workplace safety procedures and manufacturing standards. Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure equipment is in proper working condition. Required Qualifications Minimum 10 years of CNC machining experience, specifically with 4-axis and 5-axis equipment. Strong CNC programming experience and ability to independently program parts. High level of computer literacy and familiarity with CNC software/CAM systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T specifications. Experience with precision machining and tight tolerance work. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications Experience with advanced machining centers and multi-axis equipment similar to those featured on our website.
